Hopefully, this will assist with the installation of Native Access on PC. I'm not sure about Mac.

    1. Install NTKDaemon per instructions: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/5706203334161-Native-Access-Freezes-on-Installing-Dependencies-at-Startup.
    2. If you're still having startup issues then uninstall Native Access.
    3. Create a New User Account by clicking on the Start Menu and typing, Control… You don't have to create a password for the New User Account.
    4. Make the New User an Administrator.
    5. Next, sign out off your PC and login to the New User Account.
    6. Use the browser to navigate to: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access/
    7. Download and install Native Access and it should automatically log you into Native Access.
    8. Next, logout of the New User Account and log back into your account.
    9. If Native Access is missing, then re-download it again and install.
    10. You should now be good to go!
    11. You may now delete the New User Account and enjoy!
