Native instruments and midi in logic

I subscribed to native instruments 360.

Now I'm trying to get my base and guitar midi to sound with native instruments, and it's just not happening.

I'm getting frustrated, cause I spent money on something that's giving me more than a headache for something that's supposed to be easy.

I tried everything, it's just not happening.

How can I solve this

    I bought native instruments 360.

    I have all the instruments of my songs in midi and I want to use Native instruments as my sound source.

    But when I try to play my midi using native, it's not playing there's like it's playing one note out of the whole baseline and then nothing for most of the songs.

    I've tried everything that I can think of with the knowledge that I have.

    Hey @Kenneth Shearman Some more information would be helpful here.

    Are you using an external keyboard? What model/brand? What is your operating suystem? What version of Logic are you using?

    What plug-in are you trying to load in Logic? Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol? Have you tried to open the said applications in standalone, to see if everything is working as expected then?
