Purchasing an Upgrade from Estate Sale
There is a listing for a previously redeemed upgrade for Komplete Ultimate. I contacted the seller, and he stated the owner passed away unfortunately. Would I be able to purchase this product and request customer service to help with the transfer from the deceased owner's account? I hate to ask this, but I am on a very limited budget. I know I can upgrade to the latest edition later this year for a good price, but I would like to upgrade from 9 to 12 ultimate right now if possible.
Keep in mind, I have multiple copies of Komplete control. The most recent version I own is 14 select, but I also own Ultimate 9 and other versions of select as well.

Only support can give an answer to such questions and then the answer might depend on the exact situation and a transfer might require cooperation/approval from the estate/heirs (I simply do not know N.I. rules that well).
