All of my Native Access-installed instruments have once again vanished when I open Maschine 3

I ran into this issue just months ago and ended up buying a new computer because I got no help from Native Instruments' Customer Service. I opened Maschine 3 as normal today and all of my instruments have completely vanished. Both Maschine 3 and Native Access are the most up to date versions on my MacOS running Sequoia 15.3.2. Does anyone have a solution to this? All of the instruments have been rescanned multiple times.

This does not help with respect to the eventual cause of your issue but have you tried this troubleshooter to see if you can bring the instruments back ? : Reinitializing the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine Database

Well, I see requests from January where you never replied to my colleagues, last message from my colleague was from January 14th. How are they supposed to help if you don't reply?

Does Maschine have full disk access? Are you sure you are checking the factory library and not the user library? Have you tried to reset the database?

Reinitialize the Maschine database

Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Maschine 2 or Maschine 3 folder.
Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
Reopen the Maschine software to check that the issue has been resolved.
