Kontakt 8 no longer working

Hi, I'm baffled. I've followed all the advice: trashed the plist and reinstalled. Kontakt 8 barely works on my system after the update; no sound is generated other than the preview sounds. This occurs in both standalone and DAW. Additionally, when I load the library, the graphics are messed up in some of the libraries . Help!

    Need a baseline to work from here…

    What OS?

    What version of Native Access

    What version of K8 (there are several)

    When was it last working fine?

    What libraries are messed up?

    Screencaps would help in a big way.
