bx_glue and 360 essentials

I am subscribed to 360 essentials and bx_glue comes up as one of my products but I can't download it because there is no link and when I click on the release notes it says release notes not available for this product. anyone else having this issue?

    Hello guys, I checked the sitaution with the team so it seems like there is a small issue in the system causing this issue. Can you please visit this website:

    And, you should get the download option there(in "Downloads" section). So, please download your product using the direct download link there, once you download the Native Access should complete the activation itself.
