Cannot Connect to Beatport streaming to Traktor Pro

Hi,  

I’m trying to connect my Beatport Streaming account to Traktor Pro but it’s not working.  

  

I’m using Traktor Pro version 3 ans 4 on macOS Monterey 12.1

  

I do have an active Beatport Streaming subscription (not just a free account).  

  

Every time I try to log in from Traktor (Preferences > Streaming), I get this error message:  

**“License update failed. Please log in with an active streaming subscription account.”**  

  

I’ve already tried the following:  

- Switched default browser to Chrome  

- Created a new macOS user account  

- Deleted Beatport-related files from `~/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Traktor Pro 3`  

- Verified my Beatport subscription is active  

  

Can you please help me resolve this?

    The question is WHICH Beatport account do you have?

    A basic "Essential" account does not allow DJ software integration. You have to use either the Advanced or Professional levels.
