I opened an account with an old e mail and want to transfer my Komplete 12 suite and NI account to this new email but Ni will not let me login??
If you've forgotten the password for your old email account you'll need to contact NI support. You'll find more details here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000152917-I-Have-No-Access-to-My-User-Account
And don't forget, the ID may be the same between the store and the forum, but your password might be different for them. I still occasionally have to retype a password because this or that saved login used the other password.
