why My DAW crash when I'm using Session string 2 ?

I'm using Reaper with a PC windows 11 / 32G RAm / Intel Core 7-9700KF CPU @3.60GHZ / carte graphique NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

I'm with Komplet 14 select

When I'm using session string2 with reaper, It crash after using it a bit.

The sound is cutting and there's a signal in the effect's windows in the status of the disk just befor the crash.

    Is the problem present when using Kontakt standalone app ?

    Else then you can also check the Kontakt Crashes support page solutions .

    And eventually the How Can I Optimize the Performance of Kontakt?

    Else then what is your version of Reaper ? And what is your version of Kontakt ?

    Hi,

    Yes the problem is with Kontakt as a plug in and when using in standolne app.

    I 've done all of the operations proposed on the support page. No one make it.

    My version of Reaper is reaperv7.36 and I'm with Kontakt 7.

    What can I do?

    You may just need to open a support ticket with Native Instruments to get some answers. This is really a user community so it's likely you're not getting much feedback because not many people are using Reaper. Also you mention it crashes in Reaper and in standalone, but there's no description about the behavior in standalone other than saying it's "cutting" which I assume you mean cutting out before it crashes.

    My only guess if that's the case is you may have an incompatible sound driver. What sound device do you have configured in Reaper and in Kontakt standalone?

    Ok thanks, I thought I was in the support of Native and not in e user community. It's not clear for me of where we can have a support ticket.

    About my device, it's an Audiobox usb96 from Presonus.

    It's an old one. I find the app "ASIO4all" to have an update. I was working good.

    Know I tried to put a driver from presonus. and It's work find for all of the plug ins except for Native and sessions string. (I didn't try all of the plug ins but some of them in Native)
