Unless using a legacy OS then be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS .
First make sure that you are logged into the same correct account with correct credentials also in Native Access : MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page .
Then if logged into the correct account then make sure that your OS meets minimum system requirement : macOS 13, 14, and 15 (latest update) .
Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
Else then what is your exact OS version ? , your version of Native Access ? and your Pro Tools version ?
In general then the product needs to be installed in Native Access before showing in Pro Tools or anywhere else
Hello jul77, can you please send us the screenshot of your Native Access page? Also, which operating system are you using? What is the Native Access version are you using?
