UPDATE ISSUE "could not create new file or truncate existing" - HELP!!

I've looked everywhere on the support forum and cannot find the solution to this issue. I'm on Mac Sonoma. I've gone to the support link for this issue and made sure everything is compliant and it is. Unless there is something that is not covered online that I'm missing, I shouldn't be having this error issue.
Here's the link I followed that 'Native Access' directed me to to solve this issue.

Please help if you know what will solve this. I'm going to see if I can uninstall these items and reinstall as a last resort. But I don't want to lose my favorites in Massive X in particular.
Does anyone know a hack to save your favorites in these component libraries? That would be helpful also!
