Error loading sounds, instruments from Maschine 2 Factory Library

Hey, I'm posting here, since I cannot seem to find a way to contact support.

I've purchased a second hand Maschine MK3. I got a new serial number for "Maschine 2 Essentials Application for S-SERIES Keyboards". I downloaded it via Native Access, but after starting it, it didn't contain any instruments, sounds, etc. So I downloaded the Maschine 2 Factory Library from here, since it was not available in Native Access.

After installation the sounds etc. are shown in Maschine 2 but I cannot load any of them because I always get the error message below.

Do I need another serial number for the Maschine 2 Factory Library?

Any help much appreciated. It's super frustrating. I thinking about selling the whole thing before even using it.

    yeah , there is a different license for the factory library , it comes with the full maschine 2 package , included with some controllers , studio , mk3 and jam

    maschine 2 essentials only comes with a essential selection library , that came with the mikro mk3 and some keyboards , that should be available in native access, if you have a maschine essentials license

    Anyway

    As you just brought a second hand mk3 , you’re entitled to the software and full library, you should of got a license transfer id from the seller , if you can’t get one

    Go to the NI page (shop) log in , go to support , license, speak to AI , second hand license transfer , buyer , etc , after answering some questions, it should let you contact support via mail , send a photo of the serial and copy of the receipt and they should sort it out for you.
