I purchased Ozone 11 for $59 (update) and also purchased Komplete 15 Standard which also includes Ozone 11 so there was no need to purchase Ozone 11 separately. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact a live person at NI to resolve my issue as the AI assisant is not adequate in addressing my issue. Can anyone recommend a way to get my refund for the duplicate purchase? Or a way of contacting someone at NI live?
