Low C is drastically louder than all the other keys

This just happened yesterday, where one key, the low C, is so much louder than all the other keys. I've tried different available piano sounds that I have with Complete Kontrol. E.g. The Grandeur / concert hall & Noire / In Concert, and that one low C note is so much louder than all the other keys.  Any suggestions?  Thanks! :)

First suggestion I always make when a key is not working or is behaving different than others is to use the octave/transpose shift buttons to move the keyrange up or down 1 octave and test the key within the new range. If you hear the same issue, it is definitely the key itself and not some kind of strange software or OS issue, and likely that means you will need to open the thing up and clean the sensor or if under warranty, send back for repair as it is something within the keyboard.

It's an issue I have seen crop up with these keyboards on occasion and in the cases where people have ventured into opening and cleaning the sensor it seems to have fixed the issue so could be a simple fix if you feel confident enough. There are some teardown vids on youtube, i'm too lazy to search that for you tho.

If it's happening both in your DAW and in standalone, it could mean a hardware issue, please get in touch with my colleagues here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware

So I tried JesterMgee's suggestion and moved the octaves. Each time the same key would be much louder, even if it was one octave or two octaves higher. I'm using an Apple MI / Latest Logic Pro / The Grandeur / Concert Hall 2 (same when using Noire Pure / In Concert).

Jeremy_NI, when you say standalone, can you tell me what you mean by that?

    Thanks! :)

By standalone I mean starting the Komplete Kontrol standalone application found in Macintosh HD > Applications > Native Instruments > Komplete Kontrol.

ok, with the Komplete Kontrol standalone and even changing octaves, it's still very loud on the same key, so I'm guessing this is a keyboard repair?
