A quarter of the buttons on my MK3 are not working?

I recently bought a used MK3 in great condition secondhand. All the light's turn on beautifully, although the buttons on the entire bottom left square section of the MK3 do not respond. The Pads, upper knobs and buttons work great but when I attempt to click "Play", "Rec", "Shift", "Pitch", "Volume", etc. I get no response from those buttons. Could this be a problem with the hardware settings or am I dealing with a faulty MK3?

    Hello,

try to open the controller editor, where you can edit the midi presets, and look there for DAW transport controls, disable it. You should then see a square disappearing around those buttons.

@Uwe303 That setting is already disabled in my Controller Editor. I re-enabled it and disabled it again but it made no difference.

And if you press those buttons with controller editor open, maybe you have to enable a function where the pad is selected if you press it, do you see a reaction within the controller editor. I see now above that pitch and Volume also don't work work - so maybe the device is faulty.
