Issues with Logic Pro, NI Libraries and the mk3 keyboard

I am running a Mac Studio on Sequoia 15.3.2, but I had to re-install Logic Pro11 because somehow it got corrupted and started crashing my MIDI hub. I successfully re-installed Logic Pro, but now Logic cannot find my NI library (both Logic and NI project and sound libraries are hosted on an SSD drive), nor does Logic recognize the command instructions originating from my NI S88 Mk3, it receives MIDI note information from the controller, but nothing else.
Do I need to re-install my whole NI library into Logic again? And then relocate it in the SSD drive?

Looks a lot like permission issues.

What version of Kontrakt are you using?

Make sure that Logic, Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol, the Hardware COnnection Service all have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Please try to opn Komplete Kontrol in standalone, what is selected as MIDI input?

If you open Kontakt in standalone can you load and play libraries?

Kontakt-8, NI Access, and Logic all have been granted full disk access. The problem remains that Logic is still not finding the NI Apps nor recognizing S88 commands.
I have opened Kontakt stand alone, and Komplete Control. They work fine, but Logic isn't seeing them.
In response to the MIDI input question, before I had to re-install Logic, the S88 was automatically recognized, and operated seamlessly, through the USB-C connection. There had not been any need to connect it through the MIDI IO's.

As well as full disk access on Sequoia you also need to add NIhostintegrationagent and also Logic to the local network
