Komplete Kontrol do not open Absynth 5...help!!

I bought a new computer not too long ago.
And I installed Windows 10 and I'm installing Native Instruments' products. Then I upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11 and while installing the product, I confirmed that Absynth 5 won't open in Komplete Kontrol. Please help me!!

Ah. I think I understand now.
Your older projects probably used Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 which had a VST2 version.
Komplete Kontrol 3 does not have a VST2.You may need to rollback to KK v2.9.6 to get older projects working.
And remember unless you actually own a new Kontrol S-Series MKIII keyboard there is no need to use KKv3.

I am afraid I am losing this conversation due to the language barrier and have to admit I am very confused on the issue now. I can say that your paths look good and Absynth 5 should work.
However - you have not confirmed anywhere in this thread whether or not you are using a MKIII S-Series keyboard - which is the only reason you would ever need to use KK v3. Without a keyboard - Komplete Kontrol serves no purpose.
Other than that - I suggest you submit a ticket to support and have them look at this for you
Good luck.

This is usually due to not opening KK in standalone and letting it scan your specific VST plugin locations.
And very important to remember that Absynth is a VST2 plugin - so you will need to first locate the Absynth 5.dll file on your machine - make a note of where (what folder path) the file is located in - and then ensure that exact path is listed here (2) in the Komplete Kontrol Preferences:
Once you add the Absynth path - click Rescan in the lower right.
This should get you going.

Sorry…not working.
I tried it as you told me, but it doesn't work.
For now, in Cubase 14, Absynth 5 works normally.
But the old work that used komplete kontrol is a problem…

Sorry but I do not have version 3.3.3 I only got link for the Komplete Kontrol 3.3.2 , in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.
The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.
If you want a link for Komplete Kontrol 3.3.3 then you will have to ask N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
In case that you need guidance contacting support : Please read : how to get support !
