Why do you want to use an Audio 8DJ for this? Your DJM-V10 has a perferctly suited audio interface integrated.

Audio 8DJ isn't supported on macOS since macOS 10.12 Sierra anymore. As far as I remember it worked up to macOS 10.13 High Sierra if the drivers were installed before upgrading macOS beyond macOS 10.11.

Therefore: Connect your 1210s to your DJM, connect your DJM to your Mac with a USB cable and select it as audio interface within Traktor Pro 4. No need for an additional audio interface.

Do you have granted Traktor Pro access to microphones in macOS system settings? Any audio input is handled as microphone by macOS. Usually this should work. The DJM-V10 is even Traktor Scratch certified according to NI support pages. Can't give you exact step by step instructions as I don't own a DJM-V10 or any other Pioneer DJ mixer.
