I'm using an M2 Pro Mac mini and recently upgraded to Maschine 3. I ran into two issues while starting up Maschine 3.
- My Panorama CS12 has a plug-in called Nektarine for creating controller mappings. I got a system pop-up saying it "might damage the computer" after which Maschine 3 would crash. (Re)moving the plug-in from the /Library/Audio/Plug-ins subfolders solved this
- Afterwards, my Mac would freeze with a partially green screen and an automatic reboot. After some Googling I found a post explaining that this might occur when a higher refresh rate than 60 Hz is used. I switched my 144 Hz screen back to 60 Hz and Maschine 3 actually started up and became usable.
Any other refresh rate than 60 Hz (my screen supports 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 144 Hz) will hard-lock the system when starting up Maschine 3.
