    Try uninstalling Komplete Kontrol

The run the NI reg tool and remove Komplet Kontrol there also if there , just leave any drivers as is you only need to remove the app itself

Then also go to your N.A. download folder and delete anything Komplete Kontrol

    The reboot computer.

Then to see if it makes any difference then download Komplete Kontrol 3.2.1 and run installer as an Admin

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

If the above does not help then either the previous K.K. install did not finish and left something blocking or there could be something else on your computer blocking.

So, it just sits on that screen? How long have you waited? what OS? Have you tried the suggested fixes of deleting the database file and relaunching?

    Hello,

I've been waiting forever without it starting, I just tried to reinstall Komplete Kontrol but it's still the same, I'm on Windows 10 with an S49 MK2 keyboard.

I did the procedure, everything seems to be back to normal with the old version 3.2.1,

I hope there will be a fix for the 3.4.0 version,

    Thanks.

You are very welcome and thank you for the feedback .

I also have an update to Komplete Kontrol 3.3.2 (but no link for update to 3.3.4) , also then possibly then the version 3.3.2 will require that the previous version installed is still present so if attempting an install then leave the previous version installed.

And prior to install then please do a computer reboot and also run the installer as an Admin.

On the other hand then now you have the working K.K. version 3.2.1 so you could also wait for the next update later than 3.4.0 rather than risking any more mishaps. Alas I do not have better help to offer 🙂

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

This update has a new scanapp so it may have needed to run a complete plugin scan, which could take time if you have a lot of plugins.

Good guess , but the screenshot supplied by comone shows Komplete Kontrol caught at initializing the GUI which as far as I know is after the plugin scan.

"Forever" is that as long as "ages", don't tell me it's been an "eternity" or is it more like you only waited "A while" but it felt more like "an ungodly amount". If only there was some way to quantify this quandary…
