Transferring hardware registration.

I have submitted a transfer request for hardware registered to my account and still have not received the Transfer ID. I followed the instructions in this article :https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/license-transfer/ and submitted the transfer request 3 days ago, and again yesterday and still haven't received the transfer ID. How can this process be expedited as it's been more than 48 hours since the original request?

    Usually on work days then sometimes the N.I. forum Customer Care person can at least check state of things , however he is still on holiday and also all support is delayed because of the sale and also Support and Customer Care do not work neither holidays nor weekends. All in all the delays are to be expected and there is really no way of expediting anything especially not weekends.

    Can you tell the person involved with processing the ID transfers to look into this? The transfer still has not been processed and there is no reason it should take this long; as it is now significantly delaying a sale transaction
