Why does my shop not let me shop?

There was an error rendering this rich post.

Whenever I try to purchase one of the software products, the website crashes and tells me an error has occured and that I should restart from the main page (See attached image). But whenever I do reload the main page, and try to do it again, the same error message pops up.

Since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

I just test the shopping procedure and there was no errors.

So, it is your browser (and/or perhaps some of your security settings).

Please tell us, what browser you are using and if you have installed its latest version.

Also, what is your operation system.

Quick solutions:

Clear your browser cache and retry
if you are using a VPN, temporarily disable it and retry
