Auto Stems not separating bass fr drum & other inconsistencies. Is there a manual separation option?

Really happy with my upgrade to Trakor Pro 4 but I'm finding the stem separation output less then ideal. I can understand why. Portions of bass and drum sounding the same, likewise with vocal and synth(other). I am seeking an option to edit Traktor stems manually and fine tune them to my preference. Is this option? I see just a single Traktor .stem file per track, so.… When will a Traktor sanctioned editor appear? Or other options? Thanks in advance.
