Traktor 4 Output Sound Quality
Hi All,
Just a quick sanity check question for you all about sound quality coming out of a Traktor system.
Say I have the following connected as a system: turntable with DVS, cdj via hid, mixer, Mac with Traktor 4 connected via USB to mixer.
Ultimately, what sound quality level is coming out of the mixer to the system? Is it the mixer's output quality or is it Traktor's output quality?

I would say the quality of the mixer has the most influence. (And the mixers build in interface)
But if you put garbage in, garbage will come out. It will always be the lowest common denominator. If you have a ****** 96kb/s mp3 file, no matter what software or mixer you use, it will sound ******.
On it's own Traktor is known for a good sound.

Quality depends on the audio interface which one is outputting sound. Of course the mixer makes difference too. Because it will attenuate sound in own way.
