Is Ableton Link broken in M+ and M3?

Is anyone else having these issues?
I am on the same network as my pal and I have zero issue with Bitwig but neither M3 or M+ will link. I can however get Maschine to link with Bitwig or M2 on my computer but not my phone, my pals ipad apps or ableton on his computer.
Any suggestions?
