Hi,

Impossible to register my new Micro mk3, it's seems to be "already register"

It's a brand new one bought a few days before Christmas…

How is it possible ? I can't download software and use it.

Very frustrated, thanks a lot for your help.

If you have entered the serial number correctly and you're still getting that message, then it is indeed "already registered". Your retailer sold you a previously owned and previously registered unit.

As I see it, there are two ways to work this issue. Pick one, or try #1 while you are waiting for a response to your ticket.

Return the unit to your retailer and have them ship you a different one…or go to the store personally if it is local to you. They sold you a previously-owned unit, plain and simple. Maybe through no fault of their own. Maybe it was a return. Maybe it was registered and then carefully re-wrapped for return to the store. But that's the STORE'S problem, not yours. They sold it to you, so they should provide a replacement.
Wait for a response to your ticket. Be aware that it's the holidays and many NI team members will be out of the office until after 1/06/2025.
