Too hard to choose only one. Massive, Massive X, Prism, and FM8. Kontakt because of Ashlight, Straylight, The Grandeur, The Maverick, and Ethereal Earth as far as NI software, and the Kontakt factory library is another gem, honestly. Maschine 2.
I have achieved very interesting sound design using Ashlight.
Super 8 is also quite good.

Lol, but that's a bit of a cheat, I guess, since it encompasses... well, all of it.
I'd have to say I'm quite impressed with Polyplex, and Battery currently!
Really hoping to learn more about blocks. I would love to be able to design my own synth sounds.
