You have to use two phrases/patterns one set to plec and the other to open for example. Or you use the melody instrument. I can make you some pics later how to do that with the phrases, you can drag and drop them from the melody instrument into your daw, delete one trigger note and add some others + the ones for open, mute … it´s unfortunately not that easy to describe only with words but if I'm back on my main computer I will make an explanation with pictures.

as far as I know you set this option per phrase so you could change that with another phrase (copie it) and set there a different setting. Then select the phrases.

I tried a bit further and found no consistent way with the melody Instrument if you want to use the phrases, it works of course with the melody instrument if you play, program your own notes. With the other non melody instrument you can do it as i said you load two of the same phrases and set one to open the other to mute.
