Should Maschine Essentials be bundled with the M32?

Hi, I just bought an M32, which may be a mistake as I see it is almost a legacy product now, anyway, from reading marketing blurb and the setup guide I expected to get maschine essentials bundled with the software. I did not I got

Does anyone know if maschine essentials should be there?

I can find no way to contact NI support other than a non functioning chat bot window

I can't see anywhere that says Maschine is bundled, although you should get Komplete Select if you bought it in the sale according to the banner on this page - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/keyboards/komplete-kontrol-m32/

You should be able to contact support via the chatbot on this page - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/360000092537. You do need to be logged in for it to appear.

Please bear in mind that we're pretty much in the Christmas period now so support will be slower than usual.

@mykejb thanks for the reply. I used the link on the card shipped with the M32,

Step 3, Install Software implies MASCHINE Essentials is included.

I didn't get offered Komplete 15 SELECT either, maybe that offer only applies to units bought on the NI site?

Either way the instructions/offers need more clarity I think.

I think it's just a case of some retailers web site product info (and that "KK setup" page) needing updating, as Maschine Essentials is no longer a thing - try searching for it on the main site and you get nothing.

The M32 page on the main NI site states what's included now.
