when using traktor pro 4 sometime sound jerking occurs. but when i swap the sample rate problem solved. but after sometime again start problem. that time i swap the sample rate problem solved for a short time
Does the audio buffer (CPU meter) fill up while this is happening?
If so, increase the buffer and test again.
Since you didn't give any information about the hardware/OS you use, if you're using Windows, do you have all your drivers up to date, nothing in auto-start and no other programs open?

i tried all the possible setting. i think there is no problem from native instruments, the problem is laptop. so i want final conclusion from native instruments, then i can show the conclusion to dell support team to next procedure
please watch above video and picture. when this issue happens the cpu load is not changing. my cpu load shows maximum 9 or 10% when working normally so the problem occur time. please give me advice. because when i do big show this problem makes me big problem with client
