Kontrol s49 mk3 and Ableton issue

I have a Mac laptop for some reason on my Kontrol s49 mk3 when go into my daw (ABLETON) and the player 8 to a track my display on my key board does not show what's on my screen it just show daw .. help me please p.s I have updated it and the update shows green but the problem still exists

    Hey @Zuya Have you installed the latest version of the Hardware Connection Service? It should be 1.8.7.

    What happens when you try Kontalkt 8 in standalone, is everything functional there?
