Keyboard shortcuts no longer work in freshly installed Traktor Pro4

I've added the keyboard back in to inputs for controller but no luck

    I haven't tried that yet but I did import settings from a friend and that worked! I was hesitant to reset settings since this is the first time I've seen this issue. Thank you!

    Have you tried to reset TP4 to default?
