I can no longer receive any email from NI because our email system got corrupted. Therefore, I haven't been able to log in to my NI account using my default email. I haven't gotten any feedback/ticket from any support after contacting NI Support for a couple of days. I obviously cannot have access to NA.
Since I cannot reset my password, is there someone here from NI that can help me? Basically to go to my account and change my email.
I need to change my default email to the one I'm logged in to.
