Jog wheel of S2 MK3 not scratching while playing in "Scratch" Jog mode

Hi,
I have tried all the recommended steps by NI support, i.e. to install latest firmware of Kontrol S2 MK3, and also to adjust sensitivity. Both did not bring a solution to my problem. Thanks for sharing your experience.

In Traktor Pro 4 go to preferences and click RESET DEFAULTS button, on Traktor Pro 3 go to the S2 MK3 tab in preferences and click RESET DEFAULTS.
