I have stripped all the files out when through the entire system, CCleaned, Dmin Cleaned, rebooted deleted all WIN OS 10Pro unused files on reboot. I went to reinstall and the Software Native Access 2 still had my username and credentials, should have been deleted! There is some type of hidden Registry file or something somewhere I can not get rid of because I don't know what is! Uninstall does not uninstall, it leaves ****** all over the place. . .A whole bunch of strange install issues, missing app and instruments, indicators instruments apps installed, but not, or file-paths screwed up. Some things can be repaired and download, some are not. The entire installer, (which I hate all-in one installers they suck) does not function properly at all. I'm very close to selling my Ni hardware and just delete the entire deal, paid and unpaid. i spend over a week trying to figure this out, and I know what I'm doing! There are no docs, forum info, and zero customer service reply's, which I have submitted days ago and, and another over a week ago. No customer service reply, zero!!
Does anyone have a real solution to this ridiculous problem.
Please advise.

Well, it might be CCleaner that is deleting some essential files, this is something we see commonly in support. We would recommend to unonstall CCleaner and similar apps and then reinstall any problematic NI application or plug-in. Jeremy, that definitely not the issue. This issue started when I installed Kontrol to run Maschine (currently not plugged in and removed) and Native Access Upgraded itself. The control worked as standalone and vst. No issues. When I went to use Kontakt 7 & 8 this offset screen issue presented itself in the app and in the vst. This a 'not' DAW problem, doesn't work there, by the app is loaded in the vst! So, if the app doesn't work, neither will the vst. . . I attempted to resolve this for days doing everything under the sun to get it to work. This company has no documentation and zero customer service support, NONE! I guess it's all on us to make there junk work.So, I removed everything, even the things that the silly uninstaller doesn't. I have run anti virus, DMIN and sys reset, deg frag, you name it. Confirmed DirectX12 is installed, reinstalled for good measure and working fine, it worked fine with this version before the problem, which has been used native in WIN since 2015? DirectX 11-2 upgrade to 1 was a problem long ago at one time this was a Kontakt Problem. I've done all this, and more. After all this I reinstalled Native Access, and when I launched it it still knew my username and logged me in the site! This should have not have happened! (((Something is is hiding in the Registry or somewhere to clean install is seems impossible without know what to do)). Registry mods are a dangerous thing to mess with! And I do not know what to remove or mod. . . CCleaner is not the cause, nor did it solve this issue. I even upgraded the JAVA JRE 8 current version for sh@ts and giggles. I spent a day removing all this Ni stuff. Cleaned it again, restarted it. SOP, stand operating procedure. I have gone to extremes and confirm all the video drivers. . . Since this is visual displaying issue. Reinstalled it and the issue persist. This computer is a beast and well maintained. I have a new SSD in the mail. I'll fresh install WIN10p and install this fresh first and see what happens. I still want to know how and why this is happening. I've seen many SNAFUs over the 45+years of computer tech work I've done. This is the most frustrating vexing one ever! I hate auto software installer apps, we don't need cute and fancy! They really really suck! They never work right and cause more problem and waste more precious time than drag and drop —→» HERE. Thanks for your advisement. You mention there is no customer support but I don't see any request from you. We do have a customer support. I encourage you to try it out as it looks like we'll need to have a deeper look in your system to figure what's up here.

I indicated the CCleaner thing as we had to deal with so many cases where this kind of programs damaged systems to the point of needing a full reinstall, also because I have never seen such a case, where only the options are black/empty.

CCleaner did not cause this problem. I used it to clear out, or attempt to clear all issues. I want to know where, or what files are hiding that persist after removing via uninstall and purging all Ni files. Why does Access know my login and password and recall everything I removed. . .? Can't do a clean install without removing everything. Basically your uninstall does not work. Period.
I have wasted countless hours trying to fix this mess.
I have zero issues with anything else. Just this Kontakt disaster.
Everything was fine until I installed Maschine and the new installer. Maschine worked good in app and vst.
WThen, when I opened the 7 & 8 this issue presented itself.
Then Kontakt 7 & 8 and the installer is so screwed up it's not describable. It's worse now I cleared every, and reinstalled it all.
I have a new SSD, starting from a blank disk. I am installing all this from scratch 1st. If it fails or become a burden it's getting reformatted. And, never being used again all of it is get sold, or deleted. SSL, Arturia, Akai, Slate, SINE, Novation, you name it, no problems. This is a nightmare. Did you know SSL as independent installed with no master install app!? Every company needs this option. All in one installers are the worst idea ever. I have thousands of other instruments, apps, hardware and vsts. I don't need is idiocy. I have never seen such a frustrating vexing issue. Over 40 years of development and deployment. And, I've seen many issues. Nothing ever as bad as this. Ni wins the crown. This is my second week on this and I still can't use it.
I giving this a fresh try, I don't quit easily. I really want to know what caused this and the fix.
I'd like to see a Whitepaper on the list of every file and where they reside. I'm not wiping this disk.
Apparently there is know known solution at this time.
I recommend scrapping this all in one installer. No one know what they do in the background, where files go, and when they screw up it's always a real headache to correct. That's not the way it used to be. . . They are not clever, nor cute. get back to basics. One thing at a time, trust yet verify. Next. . .

Your AI Chat ticket system doesn't work either, that's why. Like all fake AI customer-service systems it's narrow and useless. Takes you on a doom loop of stupid. I have 2 separate requests under my username. One for Kontakt 8 Serial number issue, now over 2 weeks go. . . NO REPLY. And this unsolvable issue, over a week ago. Ya'll might want to do rea-lworld beta test on the AI chat and all your software solutions. AND GET RID OF ALL-IN-ONE INSTALLERS! GO BACK TO THE BASICS THAT WORK. Thanks for your reply! Some forum ya'll going on here, I have one person on the system involved… SMH~

I used your Ai Chat to report the issues. No reply. You need to check out why these requests are not being fielded. Ai chat is also a turn off to customers. Yours does doon-loop. Have an actual human being handle customer service. Ai Chat is telegraphing to folks that your company doesn't care. Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

That's exactly what I'm trying to do here. There seerms to be an issue, everyone else is able to use the chat when it's online. The chatbot should forward you to one of our agents. Please try again. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Please post screenshots of what you're seeing or not, if anything seems not functional, this way we might be able to figure out what the actual problem is. Thanks in advance.
