I recently upgraded to an. Apple M4 Mac Mini Pro which runs on macOS Sequoia 15.1 and was able to install everything thru NA except Absynth. Does anyone know when it will be fully compatible?
Absynth runs fine on Sequoia 15.1 as long as you are running it in Rosetta mode. It will never be native unfortunately as it is discontinued as a product.
Kymeia I made sure Rosetta was installed by manually inputting the command "running it in Rosetta mode" in terminal. I went back to Native Access and it still does not allow me to download Absynth. What am I doing wrong? I'm still getting the installation failed REVIEW YOUR LOCATION PREFERENCES ERROR.
Do you have show legacy software checked in Native Access settings?
Are you sure you even install Absynth? That is not the Absynth app icon in Native Access there…
So it isn’t - anyway Absynth should show if Legacy software is selected

What happens when you click on the "Open" button, right from Absynth in the list in Native Access?
I can se Absynth now so I should load in any host running in Rosetta mode or in standalone
I am no Mac expert here but I am rather sure that Kymeia did not mean that you should run Native Access in Rosetta mode , but only the Absynth app.
As for the install error then try checking the N.I. Mac must do standard advice :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have fulldisk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
On @DJ Go-iLL's screenshot, it appears as if Absynth is installed, and just needs to be opened (hence the "Open" button).

@DJ Go-iLL , sorry I didn't notice what the install error were for. Taking a second look , after chk071 kindly pointing it out to me , then you ought to ignore the download error since that download is an old Kontakt 5 or Reaktor 5 legacy download and that it is shown is a known issue for which the fix for now is to turn off show legacy software , which you can maybe not do since you need it to show Absynth 5 which is also legacy.
