Hello LeoMajor, as Vocalpoint mentioned this is an issue with the Native Access. However, if this is needed, you can try to download them using the direct download link below:

I hope this helps☺️
These are Kontakt 5 and it's associated Library.
Not sure why you would need these - but it is a bug (for some) within Native Access. If you do not need them - ignore them.

I have kontakt 7 and 8 installed So I should be fine then? I was wondering why I can't find this "battery" app in native access though
Yes - if you do not have any reason to reach way back to Kontakt 5 - just leave it alone.
It will only complicate things if you already have K7 and K8 installed.
If you’re facing a black screen https://blackscreen.onl/ along with the "Review Your Preferences" issue, start by removing the affected products. On PC, uninstall the products, restart your computer, open Native Access (NA), and reinstall them from the "Available" section. On Mac, go to Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences, delete the .plist file for the affected product, restart your Mac, and reinstall from NA. This should force NA to download and install the latest full version of the software.
Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences
.plist
