Alicias Keys & Electric keys bundle

I have bought the alicia keys bundle and installed it on native instruments as shown below

When I open kontakt 8 on fl studio 40s very own keys on there but in regards to the bundle:

  • Alicias keys is missing
  • Alicias electric keys only shows 33 presets when I know there are more

Can someone give any advice or let me know if I could have made a mistake.

    I have found alicias keys in kontakt but this also does not contain all presets
