No libraries in Kontakt 7
Suddenly there are no libraries showing up in Kontakt anymore. If I try to manually load them from the file browser they all start in Demo Mode and no samples are loading. The library tab in the Options window is not showing anything. I checked Native Access and everything seems to be properly installed.
I had a look around in the forum with previous threads about this topic but none of the solutions helped. Does anyone one know how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Hello FelixH98;
In my case they asked me if I had the CleanMyMac application installed in my system, and yes I had.
They recommend me to uninstall it completely because probably this was the source of the issue because the latest version deletes essential files that are used for their keyboards like Kontroll S series and Native Access application etc,and I did it so.
After that they recommended me to reinstall Komplete Kontrol from scratch. Also I delete and reinstall Kontakt 7 , in Native Access.
Later, with all of the suggestions they gave me done I needed to reinstall all my libraries showed in Native Access application but only used the relocate option in the menu in each instrument library.I did it moving my libraries one by one to the bin and then recovering it from the bin, and while the library is in the bin you need to refresh Native Access to relocate the library once is recovered from the bin.
Now all the libraries are working properly in Kontak 7 and showing in the side panel and no longer in demo mode.
Also my keyboard Kontrol S61 is connected to the Komplete Kontrol software.
So that's it
i was very frustrated with that situation and the chatbox is a complete mess to me I prefer email support with I consider more efficient.
This Jeremi_NI Support helped me very well and my gratitude and congratulations to him
I hope I can help you as well with this, let me know
Saludos!

Hi Coque,
oh I'm sorry to hear it hit you too. No solution yet, unfortunately. It might have something to do with the latest Native Access update. I remember installing the update yesterday. I hope someone is able to help us soon. I contacted the support but it'll probably be days until I get a reply.

It might have something to do with the latest Native Access update. I remember installing the update yesterday.
Most of what you write is not specific and as such not very helpful for diagnostics purpose.
First of all then we do not even know what is your OS ? Mac OS ? What version specifically ?
And what is your Native Access version ? and what is your Kontakt 7 version ?
Also are you experiencing all this when running the Kontakt 7 as a standalone app ?
You can also try the trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending Kontakt 7 product XML)

Hi FelixH98;
Thank you for your quick reply!
I also installed yesterday the Native Access update.
I tried to give the Native Access and Kontakt application total access to my disk but no success.
Yes, I think so,no support until Monday.I think they need to fix it through a new update.
Lets see.. good night.

Thanks for sharing some links but I've already tried all of that.
It's MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93).
I don't know where to find the version number of Native Access but it is definitely the most recent.
It's Kontakt 7.10.6 and it's in both standalone and as a plugin in DAWs.

I've been experiencing the same problem too! Very frustrating! Just recently got a new PC set up and Windows11 reinstalling all my apps and software. Updated Native Access to latest version. All other instruments install ok, including Kontakt instruments, however just wont recognise the Factory Soundbanks. I've followed all the steps and jumped through all the hoops, but computer says no! if I force it to open an instrument preset that is showing in my folder it loads, but in Demo mode with no samples.

I've already tried all of that.
Did you also do the Mac must do ? :
How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS (First supported version of Kontakt for Sonoma is 7.9.0 so you ought to be good with respect to that)
Please do the above Mac must do in preparation of the arrival of forum customer care Mac expert Jeremy_NI (arriving Monday or later) , that I then can call to take over, if the above standard Mac advise do not help, and ask : @Jeremy_NI , could you please take a look at above "No libraries in Kontakt 7" ?

Yes, Full Disk Access is enabled and my drives are also in the right format.

OK , then just in case that your problem is two fold (that the Demo issue is due to you using more versions of Kontakt) then also please try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database to see if that brings your libraries back to Kontakt 7

This didn't fix it either, unfortunately. Although I have licenses for Kontakt 5, 6 and 7, I only have 7 installed.

@FelixH98 Have you tried the following?
Reinitialize the Kontakt Database
- Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.
- Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments.
- Depending on the Kontakt version you are using, delete the following folder:
Kontakt 5: "Kontakt 5"
Kontakt 6: "Kontakt"
Kontakt 7: "Kontakt 7"
Kontakt 8: "Kontakt 8" - Start Kontakt as a standalone application (not in your DAW).
0 - Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.

Yes, I've tried all the fix suggestions I could find in the forum from previous threads with similar problems.

I see that you're in cobntact with my colleagues, reaching out to support would have been my next recommendation. Hopefully they can work this one out.

Hello FelixH98;
Coque here! I was very busy this week.
did you solve this problem with kontakt libraries missing?
I have tried a lot of things, nothing works.
do they have a contact mail support to speak with them?
This chat definitely is not working.
Any idea?
It seems there no-one to respond.
