unable to record set in traktor pro 3.11

Ref : Controllers used Traktor s2 mk2 & Traktor Z1,

I was able to use the record feature when using traktor pro 2. But when I upgraded my laptop, I was unable to use traktor pro 2 anymore. Says I need to activate or buy a version. Now using Traktor pro 3.11 but I am unable to see the option settings - Mix recorder in traktor settings to be able to record my sets. Kindly assisst

What happens when you try to record?

Should still be top right corner like tp2.
