I put a LOT of work into setting up user presets and they just disappeared. Hadn't opened Guitar Rig 7 Pro for a little while and now none of them show upā¦ Any body help with this? Thanksš¤¬

Did you start GP7 in standalone mode first? This is a required step to initialize the database.
Started in standalone.

The way this reads - it feels like you did a bunch of presets months ago and now you are opening GR7 today?

That is correct.
Hard to troubleshoot that with knowing every single change to the system since you first entered the presets.
And - back when you did enter them - can you confirm that they actually appeared correctly within the left panel of your screencap?
I see you are on Windows - user presets are stored as below.
You can check your drives for this location and at least see if the preset files are still out there somewhere.
Or run a search over the entire drive looking for *.ngrr files
If neither of the above turn up anything - there is a rare possibility that you never actually saved anything.
They are all showing in rack presetsā¦ how do I get them back into the program? Thanks for all your help by the way!

Hey VPā¦ Back again. Was using GR7 tonight and it froze at one point and when I restarted it all my presets were gone again. Tried the above and a dialog box came up saying importing presets and then the program crashes. When I reopened it no presets at all. Did this multiple times. Got any suggestions? Cheers. Bill
