I reset the Maschine Plus to factory settings and then all 8 knobs and smart strip stopped working. The other buttons work. Maybe it has updated to the latest version Please tell me what is the reason
I noticed that after some time after starting using it, knobs and smart strip stop functioning. How can I restore their functionality?

I feel like your colleagues (Cris @ NI) aren’t reading my messages. When I write, it seems like a bot responds to me — it repeated a message I had already replied to. In that message, I mentioned that I live in Moscow, Russia, and shipping under these circumstances would be extremely challenging.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any receipts to confirm the purchase of the M+. I’m really frustrated that I can’t resolve this issue while being in Moscow.
Is there any other way to resolve this?

I've been trying to resolve my issue for a month now, but unfortunately, it’s still not sorted out. I still can’t send my device in for repair because I don’t know where to send it or what exactly I need to provide. I’m really eager to start working and making music. But the responses have been coming with long delays.
Is there any faster way to communicate? Maybe through a messenger, WhatsApp, or Telegram? Why is everything taking so long on your end?
