Upgrade from ultimate to collectors - can sell already owned licenses?

I am considering upgrading from ultimate to collectors edition. Previously I purchased Arkhis and Cremona separately - is it allowed to sell and transfer those individual licenses as those are included with collectors edition?

    Yep, you can sell any licence that you bought standalone. A good way to check is to go into the licence transfer section of your account and see if you can select the product for transfer.
