I'm really confused here. My colleagues have replied to you and the process is on going. Saying we do not respond is simply not true. My colleague is very real and so am I. We have a lot of requests every day for many other customers, just like you. Frustration is understandable but please stay civil and please respond to my colleagues with respect, we're just doing our job, thanks for your patience and understanding.

Also you have contacted us numerous times. Whenever you used the proper channel, my colleagues have always replied to you.

It is clear I'm not welcome in this community and I've asked to be removed.

And by "responding"………. do you mean saying a ticket has been opened?

Please, all I want is to know that the product I bought will open, and if it won't then if I pay another $99 for Kontakt xx it WILL open. I will gladly leave this "community" and not have the audacity to ask for help anymore.

No, never. You're all alone, pal. Sorry.

Again, you are in contact with my colleagues from support, they will assist you. They requested a support tool that you sent. You then wrote 6 long messages. Please understand that we need some time to look into these issues. We deal with a lot of customers every day and we do our job, so please, like all our customers and NI employees be respectful, have just a little bit of patience and everything will be alright. You're very welcome in Community but you come here screaming and kicking with BIg caps and all.

And you did not even try what my colleagues suggested, I really don't understand what you're trying to achieve.
