Bought a new S2 mk3 with Traktor Pro 4 included, but i only see Traktor 3

Hi,

I bought a new S2 mk3. With the hardware a license for Traktor Pro 4 should be included. But everything I try doesn't work. So Native Instruments what the reason to make this so complicated to get the software license and the software? And why the download it is so slow?

I created an Native Access Account, I registered the hardware with serial. But the shown Software is only Traktor 3 and the Trial Version.

What is that? Do I bought the wrong hardware? Is Pioneer easier and simpler? I just want to make music, not hunt software license.

Why it is soooooooooo complicated to get the pay software license?

    im in the same predicament as this

    did you find a solution ?

    bought a package deal from BopDJ which said comes with Pro4 software

    all we could see when trying to download was Pro 3
