Kontakt 8: Electric Sunburst Deluxe

When using Ibiza 4 in song browser I only get the 1st and 5st notes but not the full triad. All other songs seem to be working however. I did get this working for a while but then it stoped working when I loaded a new preset. I need a good working preset from someone that I can download and install into my Kontakt 8 player. Can anyone help me with this issue. Dave

    Apparently it's all working now. One thing I did notice is that in the VST Electric Sunburst inside the sound preset menu ring, at the upper right of the app, there are presets called custom. All the custom presets are all the way at the bottom. I tried one of these custom presets, it was the first custom preset of the five, and all of a sudden all this beautiful music was comming out. So I guess this problem is solved, this issue is closed. Thanks for your time on this issue, Dave.

    I've tried to reproduce the issue but it's working on my side. What notes are you playing when this happens. Is this in Kontakt in standalone? In a DAW? Is it when you use the keyswitch?

    I did get this working for a while but then it stoped working when I loaded a new preset

    I'm not sure to understand, hat if you open a new Kontakt instance?

    1. Question? What notes are you playing when this happens. Answer: I play the exact same note on all the chords. Every thing works on Ibiza 1, Ibiza 2, and Ibiza 3 but when I play Ibiza 4 I only get the two noes, the 1st and the 5th. But as far as the exact notes that I am playing I don't know because I am using scaler 2 as the controlling device. I set scaler 2 as a multiple voice device on everything I play. Everything is being played within the DAW (studio one 6).
    2. Question? Is this in Kontakt in standalone? Answer: I use Kontakt 8 all inside the DAW. I don't use this as a standalone.
    3. Question?  Is it when you use the keyswitch? Answer: Yes, I use all the appropriate keyswitches.
    4. Statement: " open a new Kontakt instance"? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything even my DAW.

    Well, I don't have Scaler 2 to try out, maybe it's related, so for troubleshooting purposes try to reproduce the issue without Scaler. Scaler being some kind of MIDI plug-in that you feed to a pattern player, I can imagine it can bring issues like this.

    About the standalone part, it's only for troubleshooting, to figure out if the issue was from Kontakt or the DAW or a mixture of both. Now that Scaler 2 seems to be the culprit, or at least the way it interacts with it.
