Problem with Discord

Good day,

Unfortunately I have a problem with your amplifier. Whenever I'm a little more inactive while talking, the amplifier/microphone no longer registers any sound. Every now and then I just have to select it as the default device (even though it already is), or unplug and reconnect it. But since today there are times when it just doesn't work at all. I have everything that I should download (everything on www.native-instruments.com/setup-komplete-audio) up to date, even though these things are of absolutely no use. I need a solution for this please.

Hey there, it's not clear what product you're having issues with, one of our audio interfaces? Which one exactly? What's your operating system? Do you only have issues with Discord? No other software?

Hello,

I got the "Komplete Audio 1 | Pristine 2-Channel Audio Interface". And its really good, I'd love to keep it. But everytime i join in a game, best example is League of Legends, my Microphone won't get my Audio through. I looked in Discord and tried anything possible to fix that, but nothing helped. Then when i left the game, the only thing i had to do was choose it as default again (in discord) and it worked out just fine again. Its really weird, and I don't know how i can play games with my friends when theres no Audio they here from me.

Make sure that all the apps and games are all set to the same sample frequency. Also worth checking:

Sadly that didn't fixed it.
