issue with key matching

Hello group,
Please help you solve the problem. Since I change the computer and put all the traktor files, playlist etc. to the new gear I have issue with the color key highlighting option . When I mark master track I can not see matching keays. All key all gray. Rest of option from key highlighting option doesnt work at all too. Where is the problem? Many thanks for your help!

    You have to activate KEYLOCK for the master deck. Also, the deck needs to be running to actually be designated as master deck.
