Bug display of the library in Kontakt 7
I don't know why but for some time I no longer have access to the view I used in Kontakt 7:
In this view I could listen to all the presets of my Kontakt packs before even opening one. Now he can't find the presets anymore...
However, the packs are displayed well in the other view:

In your first screen capture you have library selected but nothing designated for what libraries to display. Select the Native Instruments button and you should see the libraries.
In you second screen capture you must first select the instruments under the library you want then by selecting the specific instrument it will be displayed on the right hand window.

When I click on "Native Instrument" it adds the Native Instrument filter on the presets but I still don't have any presets that appear...

The first comment is incorrect. KONTAKT should show All when no Brand is selected, as does Native Access.

Indeed, I still haven't found a solution to my problem to date...
My problem appeared after an update in May or June if I remember correctly. Since that day, the display no longer works, as I show in my screenshots.
I don't know how to contact the after-sales service or find a solution to solve this problem. Any help is welcome!0 -

Hello, my problem persists and I don't see how to solve it... All my packs are well saved in my library, they were displayed correctly in the old view, but absolutely nothing in the usual view...
I reinstalled Kontakt and the problem persists...
