    • Maschine Mk3 no showing All Groups or All sounds.

    I’m a new user of Maschine MK3 and my All Groups and All Sounds are empty. I was able to get ONE thing to show up in there, nothing else. I’m getting a bit frustrated with this. I have spent hours looking for a solution. Can you please help me?

      Hard to offer advice without more details.

      Did you buy the MK3 new? Did you install all the included content in Native Access? Maschine 2, check.

      Maschine 2 Factory Library?

      FM8? Kontakt? Massive? Etc. Is anything listed when you click on "File" then "preferences" and then the plug in tab? Are all the boxes checked?

      I bought it new. I installed all the software you mentioned. Yes to all of your questions. Here is additional info.

      Native sent an offer to get a Ujam Bundle, so I got that also. I ran out of disk space and moved a few plugs to a new drive and it seems to have not worked since.

      After moving, the only things that would show were 2 Community Packs, then only one other pack by itself.

      I have uninstalled EVERYTHING and I am reinstalling now. it will take some time to do so…

      Ah now we get the full story 😀 you moved stuff after it was installed. Basically the system is looking in the original place for the content and it's not there.

      I put them back though when I cleared up space.???

      If you put everything back then a library rescan from the Preferences could fix it without the need for reinstallation.

      If that fails then "Reinitializing the MASCHINE 2 Database" could help aswell.

      Reinstall should be a last resort.
